A posting move is busy enough without scrubbing an oven at midnight before the inspection. We clean the house once your belongings have gone, to the standard a march-out looks for: kitchen, oven, bathrooms, skirting, doors, internal windows and floors.

We work with service families moving in and out of military housing around Thetford, Brandon, Lakenheath and Mildenhall, and with families renting privately near the bases. Always follow the move-out guidance from your housing provider first, and send it to us so we can clean to it.

It is the move-out inspection when a service family hands back military housing. The home is checked against its condition when you moved in, so cleanliness, damage and missing items are all looked at.

How much is a march-out clean?

From £145 for a 1 bedroom property, £175 for 2 bedrooms, £225 for 3 and £295 for 4, for an empty property in reasonable condition, with a standard oven clean included.

When should the clean be booked?

After your belongings have been packed and collected, and before the inspection. Leave a little time in between so anything that needs another look can be done.
